Question: Does teeth whitening really work?

Answer: Yes, although there are various teeth whitening methods available, ranging from over-the-counter teeth whitening kits to professional treatments. The effectiveness of these methods can vary significantly, with professional treatments having a higher concentration and yielding better results.

Question: Will I see a difference after my first visit?

Answer: Yes, here at the Teeth Whitening Lab we pride ourselves with delivering noticeable same-day results.

Question: Does teeth whitening damage tooth enamel?

Answer: When used as directed, teeth whitening products, especially those approved by dental associations, do not harm tooth enamel. However, excessive or improper use of some whitening products can lead to temporary tooth sensitivity and or gum irritation.

Question: Where can I park?

Answer: Free parking is available two buildings north of the teeth whitening lab.

Question: Should I book the 90-min or 60-min option?Answer: We always recommend everyone books our

90-minute option, so that your chair is reserved for you, should you want to complete the 90-minute option. If at 60 minutes you are satisfied with your results then we only charge for services rendered. 

Question: How long do the results last? 

Answer: Results typically last 6 months to one year and are greatly dependent on one's lifestyle, aftercare, and maintenance. 

Question: Do you accept insurance?

Answer: Unfortunately, teeth whitening falls under a cosmetic category. Therefore, it is not currently covered but, here at the Lab it's always affordable even without insurance. We gladly accept HSA and FSA just let us know at checkout so we can print a physical receipt for you.

Question: Do you offer discounts?

Answer: Yes, we proudly offer discounts to our veterans, seniors, students, educators, first responders, and dental professionals. Just ask us at check out.

Question: What if I have existing dental work?

Answer: We can always restore your existing dental work to its original installation shade.

Question: How often can I whiten my teeth? 

Answer: As often as 4-6 weeks. Although, even the most avid stainer would not need to whiten more often then every 3-4 months, given they brush and floss regularly. 

Question: How long will my appointment take?

Answer: From start to finish plan to spend 2 hours completing your appointment. 

Question: If I cancel will I get my deposit back?

Answer: Yes, as long as you communicate your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time your deposit is 100 % refundable. 

Question: Are there any restrictions after?

Answer: No restrictions, only recommendations. To protect your investment we suggest you avoid dark colored foods, beverages, and smoking for 24 hours. We know it's challenging, so we've come up with a cheat code for you when you come in. 

Question: How should I prepare for my appointment?Answer: If plaque is present, a deep cleaning a few days prior to your appointment will improve your overall results. Otherwise, just brush and floss prior to your appointment. The cleaner the surface of the teeth are the better results you can expect. Once you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with more details on how to make the most of your teeth whitening experience. 

Question: Can I whiten if I'm under 18 years old?

Answer: Yes, parental consent is required for anyone under the age of 18.
